Refund policy

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a refund should it be in an unsatisfactory condition.

To be eligible for a refund, take a Picture of Your Goods and you’ll also need the Receipt or Proof of Purchase and your Banking Details.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll process the transfer of funds to your account. post the 48-hour Cycle, a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the Goods are Defective, Damaged or if you receive the Wrong Goods so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All instructions should be followed according to the labeling to avoid mishaps and issues.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will accept returns for Ting, Atchar, Chili Relish, and Morogo. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a replacement, which can be done at the next Delivery or Collection cycle.


Refunds
We will notify you once the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days of the logged complain. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
